Goat Yoga is an infusion of pure joy into your soul. It is bringing awareness to the present moment, to the breath and to your body. Baby goats live in the moment, are curious, fearless and love to play. They remind us of what is important… connection to others, to the self and to joy. If you practice yoga you will love Goat Yoga because the interaction with the babies adds a lot of giggle to your practice. And we could all use a good giggle yes? If you have never practiced yoga feel free to just lay on your mat (in yoga we call this shavasana) and snuggle whatever baby goats decide to join you. Either way you will have a great time.
